Qualification Details:

• The candidates should have qualified their Post Graduation in from a recognized University, obtaining 55% marks for Non- Teaching posts. 
• The candidates should have PhD or Master Degree in Engineering with required experience for the post of Teaching. 

Selection Process: 

• The candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.

 Application Charge: 

• Candidates have to pay Rs.50/- to purchase the Application Form.

  Application Fee:

•  For Teaching Posts: The General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs.400/- as the application fee. The Downloading charge of the application form through the official website is Rs.450/-.  
• For Non-Teaching Posts: Aspirants will have to pay Rs.300/- as theapplication charge. The Downloading charge of the application formthrough the official website is Rs.350/-.
• The SC/ST candidates don’t need to pay application fee but they will be charge for Rs.50/- of postal expenses. These candidates don’t have to pay any charge for downloading the application form through the official website.
• The Application fee should be submitted in the form of DD drawn in the favour of Finance Officer, Assam University, Silchar payable at UCO Bank, Silchar (Branch Code 2005) or State Bank of India, Silchar (Branch Code 7061).
